We advise entrepreneurs and mid-corporates on complex capital and funding solutions, with deal values ranging from €10m to €200m. Whether it’s mergers & acquisitions, capital (re)structuring, or strategic financial consulting, we find the right solution and ensure deals come to life. Additionally, we collaborate closely with (institutional) investors and funds in deal sourcing and fundraising. Since our founding in 2008, we have arranged over €1 billion in equity transactions and more than €10 billion in debt transactions.
