Inflexion has raised a range of funds, developing dedicated strategies across both minority and majority investing. These include the Buyout Fund, Partnership Capital Fund (solely dedicated to minority investments) and the Enterprise Fund (lower mid-market) as well as various Supplemental Funds. Inflexion’s flexible approach allows it to back both majority and minority investments in businesses with equity cheques up to €600 million.

Inflexion made its first investment in the Benelux in Calco in 2018. We then opened a dedicated Benelux office in Amsterdam at the end of 2020 and have since been building out its presence. Inflexion opened an office in Stockholm in 2023, an office in Frankfurt in 2024, to cover the DACH region, and most recently in early 2025, we opened an office in New York to support portfolio US expansion.
